You may use LaundryDrive for lawful garment-care business operations. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, upload unlawful content or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
3. Packages and billing
Available workspaces, capacity and usage limits depend on the assigned package. Paid pricing may vary by country and currency. Applicable prices, billing intervals and taxes will be presented before a paid commitment.
4. Business data
You retain responsibility for business and customer data submitted to the service. You grant LaundryDrive the limited right to process that data as necessary to provide, secure and improve the service.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product develops, and unavailable or experimental functionality may be modified or withdrawn.
6. Third-party services
Features may rely on third-party authentication, email, hosting or infrastructure services. Their availability and separate terms can affect those integrations.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security concerns, non-payment, unlawful activity or material breach. A business may stop using the service subject to outstanding contractual or legal obligations.
8. Disclaimers
LaundryDrive supports business operations but does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing records and meeting obligations applicable to your business.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability will be limited as stated in the commercial agreement applicable to your package. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
