Yes. Eligible packages can create multiple branches. Users can be assigned to one or several branches, and operational records retain their branch association.

Yes. Service rules can remain consistent company-wide while catalogue items use a branch-specific base price where required.

Items move through defined stages: Front Desk, Sorting, Laundry, Dry Cleaning, Spotting, Pressing, Quality Control, Packaging, Dispatch and Collected.

Yes. Registered customers can carry unpaid, partially paid or overpaid balances. Collections and refunds are recorded in payment history with cashier and branch information.

Yes. Administrators create roles with workspace and action-level permissions. Updating a role automatically changes the permissions inherited by assigned users.

Basic is the free default package for a new business. It provides a practical set of workspaces, while paid packages can add capacity and feature controls.

Yes. Universal search indexes customer contact information and invoice references so authorised users can move directly to the right record.

The platform supports verification, password recovery and branded invoice emails. Monthly email allowances can be controlled by package.

LaundryDrive uses authenticated sessions, role permissions, branch access controls and account status validation. You should also use unique passwords and keep user access current.
